Wonderful

Clean room, they provide two water bottles every day, a bit small but it was adequate, staff was very helpful and aided me in my attempts to climb Hallasan There's a 7/11 attached to the hotel's lobby, and the location is really good in the southern part of Jeju.

Gym is a premium service, you have to pay in order to enter, dumbbells are limited to <20kg, I don't remember exactly.

Decent room size for 4 adults. Convenient store just below hotel and plentiful of foods stall around. Free parking nearby hotel for SUV although cannot park inside hotel (only for saloon cars)

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful and the parking staff were great too. The room was a decent size, was comfortable and clean, and the loxatjon was great for getting out and seeing as much of Jeju as possible. Sinseogwipo has loads of great little spots to eat orbget breakfast, so you don't miss out at all by not staying in Seogwipo proper.

Great hotel and free parking and friendly helpful staff.

Nice location with enough eating places nearby and free parking. We chose a sea view and the rooms were large with nice beds and bed linen and towels. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was very good and stayed at the temperature set. There were plenty of places to eat nearby and you could walk to the football stadium and cinema. The gym was well equipped and everything was in good condition. We didn’t use the sauna or pool.

Breakfast was OK. It was included with the room we purchased for the time we were there - 6 days - it wasn’t worth the price if we had to pay for it. The 7-11 shop in the basement was very handy.

Cleaning service is excellent. We made check in process in the evening, the reception manager was polite and very professional

Not all personnel speak English (phone calls), it makes some difficulties in communication for foreign tourists.

I’m very satisfied because the hotel supported my main purpose: relaxing and being peaceful.

Strategic location, clean and comfort room, good dispenser, good facilities and amenities, friendly staff, near the bus terminal and restaurants.

Nothing, just a little bit effort when we walk to the hotel from the terminal, because the road is uphill.

Wonderful

Accessible location to where we visiting. E-mart is near the hotel, we went there almost every night to buy snacks. Family suite is big which we are very happy with that especially with 5 luggages. I like their big toilet and will change towels without any makeup room as long as we stay more than two days. The room is super clean. Full makeup unless more than three days.

Their bed is so soft and bouncy. I have back issue so I really have hard time with that. But my family members are fine with that!

A decent stay

- clean and comfortable - WiFi was fast - breakfast was decent, a good spread - there a convenience store - very close to the world cup stadium

- the room with the balcony isn't really worth it as it has a view of a parking lot

Wonderful

Nice and large room, very clean. Amazing valet parking. Nice location near the world cup stadium, with an eMart and several restaurants and cafes nearby. It is not in the city center, but if you have a car it shouldn't be a problem.

Pool is an extra cost. Not included for the room even is in the hotel and only for guests. Although I decided to try it because the weather outside was rainy, it was full dark, nobody were there during operation hours

Good hotel for older guests only (with very early rhythm)

- Nice rooms - Relatively friendly staff - Actually good facilities - Actually good breakfast

- Facilities (SPA, gym, pool) were not usable (poor availability, closes at 8.30 pm and every Tuesday) - Facilities would have cost extra - Breakfast was early (9am last entry and at 9.30am you were asked to leave breakfast) and not western orientated Although the hotel has potential, overall we were disappointed. The opening hours of the breakfast and recreation rooms are not customer orientated. You will be asked to leave the breakfast buffet room at 9.30 am (who cares if you finish eating?). The SPA area/pool/gym area are also closed at 8.30pm. We were therefore unable to use it after our first day of hiking. The next day we woke up at 6am to make up for it and were surprised to find that the area was even closed all day (like every Tuesday) (why??). We have never experienced this in any other hotel before and although the facilities actually looked ok, it is very annoying that we couldn't use the facilities at all because we had actually chosen the hotel for this reason in particular. This is thus also a misleading information on booking.com. We would not book here again.

Excellent affordable hotel!

So cheap! Room was spacious, clean and new. Not what I expected based on the price I paid (we stayed in April, and it costs less than AUD$100 for 4 people per night. Free car park included in the fee. convenient store 7-11 attached to hotel. Some basic restaurants on the street, but we rented a car, so it was easy to move around Jeju. it also has a basic indoor swimming pool (not included in the hotel fee), but was cheap too. Buffet breakfast was an add on for a very cheap price.

Very Good

Location was great. Lots of food options nearby and a convenience store on the lobby level.

Some of the front staff aren't that comfortable speaking English and one of the parking valet guys is a bit grumpy.
